TARGETED REVITILIZATION FUND

The purpose of this fund is to enhance the quality and overall appearance of Sioux City’s Downtown streetscapes. This fund is maintained by Downtown Partners to support the downtown service area in addressing specific problem properties and new development needs that will make a positive impact. Funds may be available to properties within the district who plan and complete permanent storefront and building exterior improvements.

VACANT LAND AVAILABLE

Several vacant parcels are available for new development in Downtown Sioux City. Financing is available to assist developers in construction of new businesses.

BUILDINGS AVAILABLE FOR REHABILITATION

Sioux City is well-known for its adaptive reuse of properties in the downtown area through the use of a wide assortment of financing tools, we have the ability to offer assistance in rehabilitating sound structures in Downtown.
