NAIA Basketball Tournament
Tyson Event Center – 401 Gordon Drive. – March 8th-14th, 2017The games have begun at the 2017 NAIA DII Women’s Basketball National Championship! Take a look at the bracket at and get your tickets to catch all the action!

ADULT: $14.00
STUDENT: $7.00

Students are 5 years old to college (college student must have ID) Games are at 8:30 am, 10:15 am, 12:00 pm, 1:45 pm, 3:30 pm 5:15 pm, 7:30 pm and 9:15 pm. Parade of Champions is at 7:00 pm. Ticket grants admission to all games on the date printed on the ticket.

Thursday, March 9th – Solo Round (9:00 AM-5:00 PM) – [free and open to the public]

Saturday, March 11th – Chamber Round (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) – [free and open to the public]

Sunday, March 12th – Finals 3:00 PM

The top 3 finalists perform with the Sioux City Symphony and at the end of the show, the 9th Iowa Piano Competition winner will be named.

Odeversary- Celebrating One Year of Live Storytelling
Jackson St. Brewing- 607 5th St. – Friday, March 10th, 2017- 5:30pm

Siouxland Public Media is hosting an Odeversary at Jackson Street Brewing on Friday, March 10 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. We’re celebrating Ode‘s one-year anniversary by raising a locally-brewed glass to this locally-brewed program. This free informational event will give you a chance to learn more about the storytelling series and how to participate from its founder, Ally Karsyn. There will also be live music by Sioux City singer-songwriter Devon Cadwell. Join us!

Saturday Morning Pokemon 
Games King- 607 5th St. – Saturday, March 11th, 2017- 8:30am
Saturday Morning Pokemon, the event costs $5 to enter and everyone wins a pack just for participating. The event will be 3 rounds every Saturday Morning.

Friday Night Magic and Grand Prix Orlando
Games King- 607 5th St. – Friday March 10-11, 2017- 

3/10/17- 7:00pm- Standard Magic at 7pm Friday Night. $7 entry fee adds 2 packs per player into the prize pool. Promos to 1st, 2nd and 8 at random. Everyone wins at least a pack for playing if they stay the whole event.

3/11/17- 5:00pm- Entry fee: $7, Format: Standard
Prizes: 2 packs per player into the pool

Sioux City Acoustic All Stars

Sioux City Acoustic All-Stars is a collection of the city’s most elite singers and songwriters.  The Sioux City Acoustic All-Stars consist of Ben Grillet, Heath Davis, Johnny Vee, Spencer Aspleaf,  Mitch and Emily Martin, and Bryan and Tiffany Jurries.  This incredible evening will consist of both covers and original songs sung to you by the city’s finest talent.

ONE- Tribute to Metallica
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino – 111 3rd St. – Saturday, March 11th, 2017- 8:00pm

ONE… The Only Tribute to Metallica, was established in 2008, in their hometown of Minneapolis, MN. These four horsemen have expanded from the Twin Cities and brought North America an amazing national level touring tribute to the biggest hard rock and heavy metal band of all time.
