The Siouxland Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome Lt. Col. Scott Mann (Ret.) as our keynote speaker for the 37th Annual Chamber Dinner. An accomplished author and playwright, Mann is known as a warrior storyteller and will bring these skills to Sioux City on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the Sioux City Convention Center. This year’s Chamber Dinner event will begin with a Social Hour at 5:15 PM, followed by dinner and program scheduled to begin at approximately 6:15 PM. In addition to the keynote featuring Lt. Col. Mann, the Camber will present their annual W. Edwards Deming Award for Business Leadership and Entrepreneurial Excellence, as well as recognition of the 2023 Ambassador of the Year.
