Join Debbie for an evening of healing, sound, and meditation. Certified Sound Healer Debbie LaCroix will take you through a meditation and Sound Journey focused on self love, relaxation, and aligning our Chakras.
Experience gongs, metal and crystal bowls, chimes, bells, drums and frequency to help your body and spirit relax and open you up to the next level of insight and clarity .
Sound Baths create an immersive sound experience that fills the room and the body, helping you to relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, which may have health benefits.
What to Bring:
~ a yoga mat or zero gravity chair
~ blanket
~ pillow and anything else you need to help you relax
~ eye mask if prefer completely dark (we do have some for sale)
~ Wear comfortable clothing.
