Join us for a Mindful Meeting, Movement, & Meditation. We begin at 6:30p with a meeting and followed with Yoga. We are an open recovery group designed to create a safe space for all who are faced with addictions may it be alcohol, narcotics, codependency, overeating, gambling, etc. We are like-minded individuals coming together to find & show support for each other as we take steps to release the chains of addiction. Future suffering can be avoided. Led by a host in recovery & a Certified Y12SR Peer Support Guide, we begin our session with 45 minutes of inspirational readings followed by open-discussions with opportunity for all to share. We will proceed into a 45-minute Gentle Yoga Session with a Yoga Nidra Finale curated to help us move through our suppressed & stagnant energies that we have held onto during our active addiction. We will move through poses to empower and lift us while we find and rebuild strength from within us as we overcome. Through the combination of sharing, breath, and movement in community- we will continue to find support, encouragement, and healing on our journeys in Recovery. You are not alone. Together, We do recover.

We will pass a basket for donations if you are able. Please know that you are always more important than your money and no-one will be turned away. Please join us!
We have mats n props you can use. Please wear comfy clothes you can easily move in.
