City Hall is the administration building for the City of Sioux City, providing services to residents such as utility billing, pet licensing, occupational licensing, and parking ticket payment. City Council meetings are held the first four Mondays of every month (except holidays) at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5th Floor.
