The purpose of this fund is to enhance the quality and overall appearance of Sioux City’s Downtown streetscapes. This fund is maintained by Downtown Partners to support the downtown service area in addressing specific problem properties and new development needs that will make a positive impact. Funds may be available to properties within the district who plan and complete permanent storefront and building exterior improvements.
Several vacant parcels are available for new development in Downtown Sioux City. Financing is available to assist developers in construction of new businesses.
