Flow into Resilience:
The lessons learned in winter.

This four week trauma-aware yoga series is an invitation to those who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, fear, and the weight of past experiences. In a world that demands constant motion, we often become disconnected from ourselves, running from feelings and the healing that comes from stillness. Behind the smile, there’s a longing for acceptance. Behind the anxious thoughts, a deeper need to be seen and held.

In this series, we move through mindful practices that offer space to sit with what is, to breathe through the discomfort, and to heal, not from the trauma itself, but through the resilience it has cultivated within us. Each class will focus on intentional gentle and supported movement, using props and supportive cues to create a space where you can gently explore your body’s sensations and emotions. No previous yoga experience is needed; all that is required is a willingness to reconnect with yourself and the understanding that healing is not linear.

Drawing from lessons learned through the seasons of life—through the tension of pushing, the exhaustion of running, and the grace of sitting still—this series is designed to empower you to live in your healing, not your trauma. We all carry the weight of our experiences, but it’s not what defines us. Together, we will find strength in vulnerability, resilience in movement, and peace in the moments of stillness.
Come move with us, and remember: You are not alone. You are healing. And you are worthy of feeling at home in your own body again.

About your guide: Tori Albright

Tori came to her mat as a way to recover from the anxieties and heaviness of life. First, approaching yoga as a tool to stretch after a workout. A lifelong dancer, and mover of her body, Tori began to increase her understanding of yoga as a tool to connect mind, body, and spirit. She remained with the practice, and in 2019 took the leap into teacher training. Rooted in Christianity, Tori believes her time spent on her mat, is a spiritual practice, and a way to connect with the divine. For Tori, yoga is a way to integrate a wholehearted way of living, through the joys and sadness of everyday life.
