Special event: Spend time in our art studio exploring intuitive art journaling with our free CLOSE TO ME exhibition workshop.
What is intuitive art journaling? It is a creative process that encourages you to allow your art and self to evolve with emotion and play by using intuition to respond as you create. The process is helpful for emotional healing, mindful practice, or developing new creative ideas.
This free workshop series will use collage, painting, mark-making, and words as we engage in the intuitive process. We will start with three simple words: Close to Me. Where will your intuition then guide you as you work in your journal?
Come to as many workshops as you like. The Art Center will provide supplies for participants; however, students are encouraged to bring any personal items they wish to incorporate. A journal can be a repurposed old book, a composition notebook or you can make your own with our supplies.
Tuition: FREE!
