About Jess: New to the teaching scene, Jess is a RYT-200 with a passion for helping students develop their practice through mindful movement and deep breathing exercises. Specializing in slow flow sequences designed to bring students closer to the natural cycles of the universe and chair yoga for those who have limited mobility, Jess shows students how to connect to their mind, body, and soul. Jess is also certified as a Second Degree Usui Holy Fire III reiki practitioner through Source to Soul, LLC.
