The Engineering Division of the City’s Public Works Department would like to announce the start of the CBD
Infrastructure Improvements Project.
The scope of this project includes the removal and replacement of curb and gutter sections, along with colored concrete
crosswalk repairs, in various locations within the Combined Central Sioux City – CBD Urban Renewal Area Downtown.
These repairs have been identified within the areas between 3rd Street and 6th Street, and Wesley Parkway and Floyd
Boulevard, as shown in the site location map below.
The Contractor will commence work on or about May 16, 2016. This project has a completion date of July 30, 2016.
Various, short term, lane closures and parking restrictions will take place in the areas adjacent to the identified repairs.
