Downtown Partners wants YOUR business in Downtown Sioux City! We recently launched our newest recruitment initiative at the end of July to help get you here. The Downtown Business Recruitment Rent Relief program is a community-wide push to fill vacant spaces within the downtown district.
Eligible spaces must be located within the boundaries of the Downtown Partners SSMID and funds are strictly for use towards a graduated rent relief schedule. Downtown Partners will work with the property owner to provide a 50% reduction in rent for up to six months of a minimum 36-month lease agreement.
We are currently taking applications for the Rent Relief Program and any businesses interested in moving to the district are encouraged to apply.
