I am excited to take this new journey with you!
It is very important to learn the foundational techniques that apply to all yoga postures including alignment, breathing techniques and mental relaxation exercises.
You will learn how to use the yoga props made popular by B.K.S. Iyengar, learn about the Ayurvedic connection and better understand your body/mind connection.
You will feel the energetic healing effects of yoga from the very first class. Though it is possible to start in one of the other classes, if you do not have previous experience, please consider starting in this beginner class. Yoga unites the electrical current of your body, your breath and the waves of your mind to create harmony and soothing synthesis in the depths of your being!
