First Friday returns on July 3!

On the first Friday of each month, Sioux City heads downtown to find something new to discover. The full day of fun includes shopping, dining, and family-friendly entertainment that bring people of all ages downtown throughout the day and into the evening.

Thrive Wellness Center is offering a free Red Light Therapy or Cold Plunge session with any in-store purchase from 9:00am – 8:00pm.

Sioux City Independence Day Parade kicks off at 6pm starting at the Anderson Dance Pavilion and ending at Chris Larsen Yoga Lawn!

Downtown businesses are encouraged to participate by creating a special experience for First Friday visitors. It could be a one-night-only discount, special menu item, pop-up event, live entertainment, free samples, extended hours, a giveaway, interactive activity, or something more tailored to your business.

First Fridays are designed to drive foot traffic throughout downtown, helping businesses connect with new customers while encouraging visitors to explore more of what downtown has to offer.

Participating businesses will be featured in Downtown Partners’ First Friday promotions, including: social media, website listings, event maps, and marketing materials distributed leading up to the event.
